    “A perfect B&B”

I arranged for a business friend to stay at the \River And Rose B&B. What a perfect location, although parking is a little tricky. The house is very nice and the room is fantastic. Myra is a great host, great cook, and has created a nice B&B. Book early because it always seems to book far in advance. The property backs onto Alouette River and provides a tranquil setting for guests. Not far from town, about 5 minutes. Close to Golden Ears park. Stayed June 2013, travelled on business

    “Best of our B&B experience!”

Travelled with 3 young children and my husband. The house is just next to the Gold Ear Park. A big separate 2-level suit with lots of room. Big garden with a running creek. Very friendly hosts who fed us really well. Best B&B stay!! The price was only $120 per night, can't beat the price -- with such a wonderful place, they should really charge more :-). Kids activities: 1. their garden and creek 2. nearby Marple Ridge playground 3. golden ear park -- hiking to a waterfall is fun 4. Port langley is nearby Restaurants: you can find good Korean restaurants in nearby towns. there is also a good Thai restaurant in Maple Ridge Also activities for adults like the Wild Play, but we couldn't go with kids. Overall, highly recommended. Very hard to find similar places in great Van. Stayed May 2015, travelled with family

    “Forest retreat in the Shire.....”

We are so happy we found MYRA and AL and their B & B in beautiful British Columbia. Their property is within the GOLDEN EARS PARK SYSTEM and the Alouette River is their back yard! The grounds are delightful, the food amazing , accommodations are FIVE STAR and the inn keepers are INCREDIBLE! We will be back!!!!!! Thank you both for the most amazing stay!

    “Romantic Halloween”

We booked a romantic halloween getaway close to home.We paid an extra $99 for the romance package which was well worth it. The place was beautiful and our host's were very inviting. The best part was the Jacuzzi Tub and the delicious breakfast in the morning. Thank you Myra and Al and we will be seeing you again! Stayed October 2015, travelled as a couple

    “Amazing place to stay!!”

We came in February and absolutely loved our 4 nights at the River and Rose B&B. We can only imagine how great it is in the summertime... Myra and Al are wonderful people and the breakfasts they prepare are truly incredible!! The guest suite is very comfortable and well appointed, and the setting is a little slice of forested heaven on the river! We have family in the area and will be back for sure! Thank you Al & Myra! Stayed February 2016, travelled with family

    “Unexpected and Amazing”

Beautiful and peaceful setting - the gardens are stunning, even in multiple days of the pouring rain. This was my first visit and I will make a point to return often. A hotel, even very high end, should be avoided in lieu of staying with Myra at the River and Rose if she has availability. Personalized, peaceful... Perfection. What more can be said?
